Founder and Managing Partner

ZT Solutions founder and managing partner Liz Shea is committed to aligning innovative solutions with organizational missions to drive sustainable progress. Her work with nonprofit and business leadership is characterized by a deep commitment to creating environments where strategic initiatives lead to lasting positive change.

Liz founded ZT Solutions in 2025 in response to a critical need she saw in human and social service organizations for access to targeted guidance from professionals with wide-ranging expertise. Since that time, she has built a network of experts skilled at assessing an organization’s needs and working with them to forge a path forward.

In addition to her work with ZT Solutions, Liz is Of Counsel at Porzio, Bromberg and Newman. Previously, she served as Deputy General Counsel & Chief Human Resources Officer at a large multi-state nonprofit, Chief Compliance Officer at one of New Jersey’s largest disability provider organizations, and Assistant Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities.
